dna13 Announces New Media Monitoring Software

Anyone following social media trends is probably aware that the need to monitor this space closely is an essential element of any brand's reputation management efforts. dna13, a public relations software company, has recently launched Release 7, software designed to ease monitoring efforts.

"Our customers required a monitoring solution that could scale immediately and help them process results faster," said Chris Johnson, CEO, dna13. "They can now share the scoring load amongst global team members, with each collaborator getting a unique set of results to view, analyze and save. Now news and blog coverage is processed in real time, as are the reports shedding insight on the success of their proactive or reactive efforts."

dna13 has developed new approaches for measuring the correlation between media activities and the results attained. Customers can now score and analyze coverage, assign coverage to issues or campaigns for real time reporting, and have access to an increased assortment of interactive charts.
